Please read these complete terms and conditions carefully before using the bet3in platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted all these terms.

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bet3in platform and all its services. By using the bet3in website, mobile version or application, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

bet3in is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket, football, slots, live casino and other entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms form a legal agreement between bet3in and the user.

Important: These terms may be updated regularly. Check this page regularly for the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

These terms, written in English, form the basis of your relationship with bet3in. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this document will be considered binding.

Eligibility and Age Limit

To create an account on the bet3in platform and use any service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be mentally competent and capable of making your own decisions.
  • You may not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
  • You must open an account in your own name and for yourself. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
  • Persons previously banned by bet3in may not re-register.
bet3in reserves the right to verify age. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested if necessary. Deposits or withdrawals may be suspended until age verification is complete.

Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities. If it is proven that a minor has registered on bet3in, that account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Account Registration

All information provided at the time of registration on bet3in must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3.1 Account Security

  • Each user may hold only one account.
  • Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bet3in support immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all funds may be forfeited. Members of the same family may hold separate accounts, but bet3in reserves the right to verify if they are operated from the same device or IP address.

3.3 KYC Verification

bet3in may request the following documents to verify a user's identity:

  • Scanned copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
  • Bank or mobile banking statement
  • Proof of current address

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bet3in supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
  • Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
  • Deposits are generally credited instantly.
  • Each deposit must come from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • bet3in may carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency Policy

bet3in processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts will be displayed in Taka.

Bonuses and Promotions

bet3in offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, total balance ৳3,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive a maximum ৳15,000 bonus, total balance ৳31,000.
  • Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer is usable only once.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically stated.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
  • bet3in reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, bet3in reserves the right to investigate and forfeit the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

bet3in runs a three-tier VIP program for regular players:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Each tier may include additional benefits such as dedicated support, faster withdrawals and special promotions.

Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

  • All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets are generally considered void and funds are returned.
  • If unusual odds are displayed due to a technical error, bet3in reserves the right to cancel those bets.
  • Live betting is available for BPL, IPL, T20 and international cricket matches.

6.2 Casino Games

  • All casino games are operated with a certified random number generator (RNG).
  • Each game operates independently; previous results do not affect future results.
  • In the event of a software error, bet3in reserves the right to cancel the game and return the bet.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win amount may be set depending on the specific game or bet type. This limit will be stated in the information for the relevant game or market.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

  • Attempting to fix matches or manipulate sporting events.
  • Bonus abuse — multiple accounts, false identities or organized bonus hunting activities.
  • Hacking, software exploitation or use of any unauthorized automation tools.
  • Attempting to launder money or introduce illegal funds.
  • Threatening or harassing other users.
  • Advertising products or services on the platform.
  • Collecting or misusing another person's personal information.
If suspicious activity is detected, bet3in will immediately suspend the account and begin an investigation. Law enforcement authorities may be notified where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bet3in

bet3in reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these terms.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicious financial activity.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. After the request, the account will be closed once all pending bets are settled and any eligible funds have been returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support for more details.

Responsible Gaming

If a technical error is identified, bet3in will review the affected bets and seek the best resolution. However, in all cases, bet3in's final decision will be binding.

  • For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email.
  • Continued use of the platform after a change has been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
